I grew up in the hearing care industry my entire life. My mother and father opened their own hearing aid clinic when I was only 3 years old. Even before that they had already been in the business for many years. In 1993 when they first opened their doors, they had a process that was very unique. They began to manufacture their very own brand of hearing aids while you wait in less than an hour. In todays world, when you want a custom hearing aid, you have to wait 7-10 days to get it built and back from the manufacture. They used to advertise 1-Hour Hearing Aids, build them while you wait. Today the hearing aid industry has surpassed what my parents small practice could compete with. That doesn't matter because our joy comes from helping people directly with a 1-on-1 experience. Witnessing for yourself as you help improve people's lives on a daily basis can't compete with anything else in the world. I remember when my dad and I would go to Valley View Mall in North Dallas early in the morning and hand out free hearing aid batteries and business cards to the people walking around the mall who were wearing hearing aids. I remember when I was about 8 years old spending many of my summer breaks from school working for my dad peeling address labels, packing envelopes with flyers to help bring my father new customers. The anticipation and excitement that we would get when we realized our efforts had made a difference is even more alive now then it was 23 Years ago. We still work together in the same location today. Me, my Mother and Father. At the age of 15 I was in my Fathers repair lab repairing hearing aids with my older brother who later decided to start his 18 year career in the Army flying Blackhawk's. We have built our practice together as a family and with that being said we naturally have a tendency to treat everyone who comes in to our clinic as if they are truly our own family.

The Basic Process
We start by gathering details about your hearing troubles, followed with a complete audiometric hearing evaluation and any other necessary tests. You will then recieve a consultation of our discovery, explaining in detail the audiogram, which will explain what your hearing and why or where you might be having any trouble. Lastly you will get our professional recommendation based on your needs and lifestyle to improve your hearing and get you back to living comfortable again.
